CATCLIFFE PARISH COUNCIL
Pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 and the Local Elections (Parishes and Communities) Rules 2006.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
(1) That a casual vacancy exists in the office of Councillor for Catcliffe Parish Council.
- An election to fill the vacancy will be held if, no later than
24 March 2020, notice in writing of a request for an election is given to Bal Nahal, Head of Legal Services, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE by ten electors of the Parish of Catcliffe.
(3) If an election is not requested as outlined above, the Parish Council will co-opt a person to fill the vacancy as soon as practicable.
